Its commitment is to offer privileged locations, specialized services, careful gastronomy and facilities that are constantly updated to guarantee the highest quality.

Challenge:

Over time, the hospitality sector has undergone a change, especially in vacation hotels, where the gastronomic offering plays an important role. H10 identified that its traditional model needed to adapt to respond to new market expectations. This meant, on a technological level, having a comprehensive solution that not only facilitated the daily management of their restaurants, but also allowed for the optimization of processes, such as order taking, inventory tracking, etc. It was essential to offer the teams modern tools that made their work more agile and efficient, reducing errors and improving the experience of both staff and customers.

Solution:

By introducing mobility in holiday restaurants, where hundreds of people gather at the same time, providing great agility in both order taking and collection. The waiter places the order with our HIORDER commanders, facilitating the visualization of the entire menu, including the ingredients and allergens of each dish. In addition, the waiter can charge the order immediately after taking it, either by card or using the wristband that identifies the occupant; once the order has been placed and paid for, it is automatically sent to the kitchen. HIOPOS offers full integration with the PMS, allowing room charges to be made from any terminal (landline or mobile) or a meal plan to be used without having to carry paper lists. In addition, receipts for room charges are fully digitized, capturing the guest's signature from the ordering officer. These receipts can be consulted from reception if the guest has any questions at checkout. Furthermore, by transforming room opening wristbands into cashless devices, the use of cash in hotels is eliminated. These bracelets allow you to load credit and use it at any POS within the same hotel.

Finally, with HIOSCREEN, our solution for kitchen management, the staff efficiently organizes the entire workflow, receiving incoming orders from different devices such as points of sale, commanders and others, viewing them in order of arrival with all the necessary details to prepare each dish correctly.

Results:

Thanks to the implementation of HIOPOS solutions, H10 Hotels has managed to adapt to new technological expectations. Waiting times were reduced and the accuracy of order taking was increased, which translated into greater satisfaction for both staff and customers. Furthermore, centralized management enabled real-time access to data generated by all establishments, facilitating decision-making and improving operational efficiency. This strengthened their value proposition and enabled them to respond effectively to market demands.
